I’m a 21 year old male; I’ve started training for strength in the last 6 months. I’m having lots of trouble sleeping at night because I have to get up and pee 4-6 times. I’ve tried all the normal suggestions for solving this problem, not drinking after dinner, eating 2-3 hours before bed. The only supplements I take are caffeine pills (200 mg) and creatine monohydrate. I work out early in the morning so doubt the caffeine is having an effect. Have you ever seen cases of creatine affecting someone’s bladder function?
