  • Is the "biological clock" a reap thing?

I can't find any high quality information or studies on this subject. Do women really have a limited time before fertility drops? Does fertility drop, and chance of miscarriage increase, significantly after 40/45/50 years of age? Does weight training and regular LISS help fertility in any way? Can anything be done to increase fertility and to reduce chances of having miscarriages?

Being healthier (including meeting physical activity guidelines and maintaining a healthy body composition) is preferable for a variety of pregnancy outcomes compared with not.
