Hi doc, I have a question regarding calorie intake while you are following a program where volume/tonnage change week to week, if I'm bulking and let's say I have a 500 calorie surplus should I lower the surplus in the week where I'm doing less volume (even when it's a high/mod stress weeks)? And the same goes the other way around, if I'm cutting should I increase the deficit in those weeks?
