Hi Jordan. Thanks for all you do. Does protein intake need to occur with carbs or fats in order to maximize the effect of the protein in the body? Another way to state the question: If I drink a whey protein shake at bedtime to meet my protein requirement for the day will it be less effective than if I paired the shake with carbs and fats? Thanks.
