Does blending fibrous fruits and veggies into a smoothy drastically change how that fiber behaves in the body? Am I fooling myself into thinking I'm getting more fiber than I actually am when I throw a bunch of strawberries and blackberries into the vitamix along my whey powder for a quick post-training meal?
