With Starting Strength after the 3rd workout of the week there is a 72 hour window without training.
If my Muscle Protein Synthesis window post workout is 48 hours does meal timing (and leucine intake timing) matter between 48 and 72 hours, can you still trigger MPS every 3-5 hours after that 48 hour window? Or can you not invoke MPS after that 48 hour window?
