      Just eat more before and after your workouts. If you're doing it on 2500 calories a day, eat 800 calories when you get up and work out before your next meal, eat 800 calories at that meal too and then your last two meals make 450 a pop. If you work out evenings do it in reverse, etc.

        This is one way to eat 2500 Calories, yes. It doesn't make a difference how you eat them, however.
