  • Advantages to plant-based diets (controlling for...)?

    Hey doc,

    Does research indicate any (or significant) benefits to a plant-based diet, if you're:
    • getting 10 servings of fruits and vegetables daily, and
    • keeping saturated fat to 10% or less.

    For health outcomes there are many dietary patterns that will work, including plant-based and omnivorous diets.
