Astragalus Benefits

Are there any benefits to taking astragalus for organ health? I hear that studies have shown it's good for the heart and kidneys.

What do you mean by "organ health" specifically? If you mean reduced risk of disease or clinically relevant improvement in function, no.

While there are many different types of kidney problems, I don't think astragalus or Chinese medicine in general would be helpful.
