  • supplement efficacy data question

any new science on supplements for strength and power ? I take Creatine monohydrate but was curious about beta alanine, L-arginine, L-Glutamine , betaine and BCAA's.
Links to current peer reviewed articles would be appreciated as your own advice from personal experiences

In my opinion, there is good data for betaine anhydrous, HMB, citrulline malate, and possible beta alanine for strength. No evidence for using L-arginine or glutamine for this, however.

Unfortunately, I don't have the bandwidth at present times to link to all the peer reviewed literature I used to come up with the above statement.
