    For someone who likes fruits but hates veggies , would this be an adequate replacement for daily intake?

    It doesn't seem like greens supplements or similar have the same health-promoting effects as a dietary pattern rich in fruits, vegetables, and dietary fiber from foods, unfortunately.

      Thanks for the response doc ! Do you think I would be better off just doubling up on fruit then ?

        I think a more suitable long-term strategy would be to find vegetables (and ways to prepare them) that you like.
