  • Bulking - Minimum Duration

    Hi Jordan,

    Following up on the "Is bulking and cutting a good strategy" video on youtube. What would be a minimum duration/lbs of weight gain for it to be considered as a bulking phase? I'm assuming 1-2lbs of weekly fluctuation would be considered as maintenance. Do you think 2-3 weeks or lbs of weight gain followed by 2-3 weeks or lbs of weight loss be enough to see the benefits of a 'bulk' and 'cut?

    I don't think doing a few weeks on or off would be worthwhile for most folks, but would rather spread it out over months.
