    Hi Jordan,

    I saw that you've said you don't currently recommend collagen supplementation but I was curious if you have explored the work of Keith Baar in tendon rehab in your analysis? Just wondering since I am struggling with tendon issues myself and trying to sort through the science. https://youtu.be/DZmASddJ0Co

    Yep, I've been keeping up with his work on the topic for years now. Unfortunately, none of the existing research indicates a reliable improvement in clinically meaningful outcomes (pain, function, etc.) compared to placebo in a large enough sample to mean anything. One of the studies referenced had 4 people, for example.

      Thank you Jordan. I appreciate the response. Would love to get 1:1 BBM coaching but was hoping I could get past this with the knee rehab template which I've just begun. I'm determined! Thank you for all the content and assistance. It is always enlightening.

        are you familiar with these studies? they sounds promising isn't?
        None of what you posted were studies, but yes, I am familiar with the existing data on collagen supplementation. It's not good as mentioned above.
