Yep, I've been keeping up with his work on the topic for years now. Unfortunately, none of the existing research indicates a reliable improvement in clinically meaningful outcomes (pain, function, etc.) compared to placebo in a large enough sample to mean anything. One of the studies referenced had 4 people, for example.

I saw that you've said you don't currently recommend collagen supplementation but I was curious if you have explored the work of Keith Baar in tendon rehab in your analysis?
