  • Gaining weight

Hi, I would like to get some advice if possible.

I was sick for like 3-4 weeks and I lost a lot of weight, and I have a Comp coming up at Dec. 3. and I'm only 90.6 kg at the moment, and I should be in the -105kg class , as I was ~98kg before the sickness.
So what i need help with is that there any healthy and/or good way to somehow I can get 2,5kg till Dec 3?

    Thank you for the help!

The majority of your weight loss is likely to be water, not muscle or fat mass. I don't think you need to do anything special diet-wise. Your weight should creep back up over the next two weeks, though I wouldn't expect you to be at 98kg in that amount of time either. I suspect you'll get close, but the main thing is going to be your training and its response to the illness.
