Muscle protein synthesis
Hi everyone,
I'm currently bulking and my protein deriving from carbs are increasing, which led me to decrease my protein sources a little. For breakfast I'm having 150g of greek yogurt (15g of proteins), 200ml of milk (6/7g of proteins) and 100g of oats (12g of proteins). The total amount is over 30 but since animal sources decreased I was wondering if there would be any change in terms of mps. Total daily intake is still high btw so that's not a problem.Tags: None
