  • caffeine and circadian cycle

    Hello,

When you guys say, "dont consume caffeine after 4pm" its taking in consideration people who go to sleep like 10pm or something?there is a rule like "8 hours before bed"?

It's more of a rule of thumb than any hard cut-off, but avoiding caffeine within ~8 hours of bed time and stimulants in general a number of hours before it gets dark seems to promote a more regular circadian rhythm and sleep cycle.
