I don't think It's worth worrying about, no. You may find that eating that close to bed time is not something you tolerate particularly well, but that's more of an individual preference thing. -

Hi Jordan,
I regularly have a protein powder mixed with Greek yoghurt or oats at around 10pm. Or sometimes just as a a shake. My flavour of choice is usually chocolate and I was recently looking at the ingredients and noticed it uses cocoa for flavouring.
Is the caffeine content in cocoa a reason to avoid chocolate whey late at night? Or am I overthinking. I usually have around 50g.
