Finally bitten the bullet and purchased the knee rehab template. All looks great. One question about the single leg high box squat. Is this performed weighted with a barbell as normal?

Hi there,
I purchased and used the 16 weeks knee rehab template late last year to good results. Unfortunately I (M, 50y old ) re injured the same knee (3-4/10 pain around 80 degrees flexion but not as bad as last time), so wanted to repeat it, maybe in abbreviated form.
However I’ve seen the template has been discontinued and there’s a new 12 weeks ‘knee pain rehab’ template. Is it substantially different?

Unfortunately, I barely completed Week 1. I couldn’t tolerate the single leg exercises. My Physio is referring me to a knee specialist and MRI to investigate a possible meniscus tear in addition to the tendonitis.
