  • Tingling in left arm and neck pain

Tingling down left arm which comes when neck is in certain position or when I lay in certain position. Muscles in back of neck are also pretty seemingly tight feeling. It has happened before and lasted a few months, and then totally resided. It’s happening again. Is this reason to get checked out or just not really mind it and keep moving? I’ve heard you guys talk about red flags, and not sure if this is one.

One thing that brings a sort of “zing” or shooting tingle down my arm is when I am set in the deadlift and lift my chest.

Nmattero tough to say without a consultation. I'd say if you are worried about the situation and/or need help with management, then a consult would be reasonable. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F...ilUWA/viewform
