Hello,
I will soon have the opportuniy to buy some equipment for my rehab center. Obviously the usual free weights will be a part of it, but I'm having trouble choosing between the different kinds of leg press :
- Incline Leg Press
- Horintal Leg Press
- Decline or Hack Squat
The main goal would be for the leg press to be quite comfortable for a patient that still has troubles with a bodyweight squat, allowing them to access a full range of motion.
Does someone have any experience to share for that matter?
