My bro-science detector has always gone off when I see talk about low intensity "pump" work "healing" areas because it's supposedly delivering blood flow with good stuff that is meant to heal injuries.
Is there any credibility to this? I've heard exercise can carry away waste metabolites that might cause pain or is the exercise just giving an an analgesic effect?
Or something else?
