Hello BBM Forum,
While warming up for my single for squats on Monday I heard and felt a pop happen right as I hit depth on my tailbone. I ended up ignoring it and continued as usual. Everything felt fine, all the way towards my drop sets too. But as I went to Bench, when I sat down I had immense pain in my tailbone. But when I laid down there was no issue. So I ended up just proceeding as usual. I finished my workout with my rest periods just standing up which was what I typically do anyway. The pain came back again when I sat in my car so driving home was difficult. Tomorrow came Deadlifts and they were fine as well. It seems I only have pain when I sit a certain way now, is this something I can continue to ignore? Thanks.
