BBM for Strongman

I know Alan is programming for Joey Szatmary to compete in strongman. Maybe afterwards we can have them write something up or create a video about the experience.

Are there any plans for discussing how to bring BBM principles to Strongman training? Some events lend themselves easily to RPE, but some that are more time or distance-based may be more difficult. I realize this may be more of an Alan question, but he understandably doesn't often respond on social media, and I thought he'd probably consult with you all anyway if he were going to do it.
