What is the meaning of "no fatigue" form the 12 Week Strength Program? For instance, one of the Volume/RPE entries is '4 reps @ 7, 4 reps @ 8, 4 reps @ 9, no fatigue' Sorry if I'm being a dunce, but what does it mean?
