I'll be starting week 5 of Ze Bridge this week, and so encountering Pin Squats for the first time ever
As i've mentioned in another thread, the power racks at my Gym are not the greatest, and the settings for the pins are 3 or 4 inches apart
How critical is it to the effectiveness of the exercise to get the pins at the height where i'm just hitting parallel? If i can't get it spot on, is it better to be a bit too high or a bit too low?
