So I finished NLP 3 months ago and have since done a modified version of an Andy Baker H/L 4-day template. I guess my next program will be the Bridge. Which one should I choose? Is 2.0 an updated version of 1.0 and thus the preferable template? Or is 1.0 the program of choice when you run the Bridge for the first time? My goal is primarily strength but a bit of hypertrophy wouldn't hurt either.
