    Trying to figure out if I should gain or lose weigtht. 55 years old, 168 lbs, 34" waist, body fat at 24.5% from a dunk tank test. Did cross fit on and off for 3 years and the CF coaches always wanted me to drop weight down to around 160 and get body fat to below 20%, but after listening/reading stuff on Barbell Medicine I'm not convinced weight lose is the way to go. Just a couple weeks into Starting Strength LP. Thanks.
