GPP necessary if on a weight gain run?
Sorry Drs-noob question:
Is it optimal to do any GPP if I'm currently gaining weight on the Bridge?
I'm at 81kg bw up from 77kg bw a month ago.
I've also bought the Hypertrophy template which I'll run after the Bridge (am on week 4).
