Im hoping this is in the appropriate section. It is training related but also medical? Any who, was wondering what the good DR's OP is on icing. Not in the sense of muscle soreness, but rather elbows and hands.I ideal with a lot of aching in my hands and elbows. Elbows from benching and squatting but also comes from being a carpenter and very active in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I like to Ice my hands and elbows after BJJ and work. Aside from making me feel better(placebo)?? What are your thoughts?
