Hi BBM! I have just finished SSLP, where I trained every other day (4 sessions per week). I am starting the Hypertrophy template which is 3 sessions per week. Because of extra stress from the added day, should I train 4 days per week for the Hypertrophy template i.e. do week 2's day 1 as the last day of week 1, week 3's day 1 in week 2, ... ?
