Question regarding incline on GPP hypertrophy template
I noticed the incline bench variations switch very frequently. For someone easily capable of making constant gains on the movement without having to rotate, is it better or worse to do so?
The progression of supplemental lifts there is intended to facilitate increased loading through the program. In other words, as you transition between the three we'd expect that you can go heavier and heavier. I would do that.
