For older people, or people that do not plan on competing is it worthwhile doing the maximums - the realization weeks in the strength templates? Would I/they be better served to repeat Sports Form weeks?
I must admit I am curious to see how I would do, but since I'm not competing and my ego doesn't need to know is it worth the stress?
