    First time doing 2ct paused squats, what would be a good offset (-xx%) from comp squats for the same number of reps for day 1. Thanks

    Hello and welcome! The best thing to do is to warm up with the rep scheme needed and find the correct weight and RPE for the paused squat. There is no reliable percentage to use for this.
