For purely conditioning purposes what is the better way to use the Prowler?
Should I be constantly adding/lowering the weight to maintain maximum effort for 30 seconds at a set distance? Or should I just use distance /speed as the variable? If my question is a little confusing......In short how should I maximize my time on the Prowler?
