Hi Guys, I really love Barbell Medicine. My training is going really well.
I’ve started the 12 week Press Template. I have 1 question. In SP 5 weeks 1-5 it just say ‘press’. Other slots say Comp Press, Press w/belt, press no belt etc. I’m not sure what Press I need to do in those weeks.
