I am currently finishing week 7 of the Bridge 1.0 and plan on doing Bridge 2.0 right after.
Should I keep up the two cardio sessions per week (1x LISS, 1x HIIT) or should I dial it down to what's in the template?
Also, should I increase the time for the AMRAPS at some point in the program from the prescribed 7 minutes to e.g. 8 minutes to drive further progress on the upper back and ab exercises?
