Power clean
What is your view on the power clean in the novice program? SS LP has it as an alternator with the Deadlift, but I would like to know your thoughts on this.
Are other movements like barbell/pendlay row, rack pulls or just deadlifts better for your pull in a novice program?
The reason for asking is I don’t see the power clean in the bridge and a number of other programs. I’m sure I’m missing something.
