Programming for the BBM crew

I'd like to know what BBM templates the BBM crew have done or are currently doing.

How does intra-crew coaching relationships work? JF coaches LL, AB coaches AT?

We don't run the templates ourselves, though our programming probably looks most similar to the way the 12 week strength template is set up. Our training logs are freely viewable on the site here.

And yes, Jordan coaches Leah, and I coach Alan.

I think it's also helpful to note that while our training reflects many ideas in the templates, personalized programming is and always will be different and (we as coaches all consider more valuable for us) than a template. Templates are a great option for many, but they can't take the place of a coach writing for you.

Jordan gets programming from Mike Tuchscherer, Austin generally writes his own programming with input from Jordan as needed, and we all provide each other with lots of regular feedback. We kind of like working and training together, even if virtually, kind of like a team of people who all interact on a regular basis. :-)
