My wife and I just both came out of LP and started the bridge this week. We just found out shes pregnant. It's very early, but still.
I have watched the video where you guys (Jordan and Austin) discuss pregnancy and it's clear the answer is to keep training. However there wasn't much info on whether intensity should be dialed down at all.
My question is would you make any changes to The Bridge at all to account for this? (RPE targets, rep schemes, etc..)
