    I sent this question to Jordan via Instagram and he requested I post it here so more people can see his answer. Here’s myquestuon:

    I just finished the final week of The Bridge last week and want to start again from the beginning this week. Since weeks 8 and 1 are both low stress, should I modify week one with a working set or two on each lift to make it more mod stress, or should I just do them as is and have two low stress weeks in a row? Not feeling too worn out, but my singles @8 in squat and deadlift did regress from weeks 7-8.

    Hi Kevin,

    Welcome and thanks for posting this hear. When you repeat the Bridge you can drop one of the low stress weeks. One is enough!
