    Hello All,

    Here is the place for all of your questions and comments about the release of these two templates.
    -All BBM templates are best used with Excel or Google Sheets. They are designed for these platforms so you are able to log your work into the template.
    -The first release of these templates were not mobile phone friendly. We have corrected that and you should receive a new copy of the template sometime on 8.26

    UPDATED templates so far-
    -3 day hypertrophy and the 12 week strength templates
    -Additional templates will be updated over the next several weeks
    -People who have previously purchased a template will received these updated versions for free.
    -The updates will be sent out AFTER the product goes live on the website. In this case, we expect them to be emailed out on Sunday 8.26.18


    The 4 day Hypertrophy Template
    -this is a new poduct
    -this is not included in any free updates, including the Master Bundle

    Are the updated templates available with the Master template bundle? Am probably going to purchase so just curious :-)

      While I don't think it is intentional, updating the templates as v.2 templates rather than updates to the existing templates really leaves one with buyer's remorse. I just finished the original 7-Week hypertrophy bias template (after running The Bridge) and have now completed week 0 of the 12 Week Strength Template. Now I see that after purchasing the program, there's a new template that "improve[s] strength performance based on data collected from v1.0 users." Naturally, my reaction is, "Granted, I'll still make gains on v.1, but why wouldn't want to spend 12 weeks doing that when there's something 'bigger and better'". I have no problem paying you guys and will willingly do so in the future as I get so much value out of your videos and programming, but this business model is now one that's harder to get behind. Is there any way these could be more heavily discounted for people who have purchased the prior program? The active 30% discount puts it in the same ballpark as what I paid for the original.

        Looks like the new templates are out. I bought the original ones but haven't received an email. Are we going to get the new templates if we bought the old ones? Cheers

            Hi Rob, I am sorry you have missed the information, but we are committed to sending out the updated templates to all those who have already purchased them. Keep an eye out for that today.

              Are they in the Master Template right now? I kind of doubt it, but the updated hypertrophy 3 day and the updated 12 week strength templates will be in there. The 4 day hypertrophy template is a stand alone, new product.

                Hi Leah, the next time you update templates, consider posting a sticky in all relevant forums and mention it in the store. With luck, that might cut down on some frequently asked questions (when will they be out, how much will they cost, do I get it free if I have an earlier version, etc.).

                    Oops! I bought the original 12 wk strength and just bought the V2.0. I didn't realize we would be getting the updated one for free. How can I go about getting a refund? Thanks!

                        Hello,
                        Which template? New strength or old strength press focused? I have done bridge v 1&2 and the hypertrophy template. I am interested in doing a strength template next. I am press focused so which one should I get? New strength template or old strength template that is press focused?

                          Thanks LeahI! obviously jumped the gun with my assumptions, lol. I had just suddenly started to see adverts for the programming on Instagram and immediately came here to the forum. Sorry if that was a repeat topic. I tried a quick forum search but didn't see anything.

                            I asked about a 4-day Hypertrophy Template at Jordan's Live many months ago.
                            Glad to see you guys taking feedback and made it happen. Very excited!

                              I can't find an explanation on what Myorep is anywhere in the template. My wife tells me I can't see things right in front of my face, so it's quite possible that I'm just overlooking it. I've looked on every page and I don't see it. It says 3-5 reps after 14-16 reps @ RPE 8. Is that a typo and it's actually 3-5 sets of 14-16 reps? Or do I do 14-16 reps at a lighter weight and then do 3-5 reps at a weight that I would normally workout with? If it's there and I just don't see it, then I apologize.

                              Also, I meant to buy the 3 day and not the 4 day. Can I just skip a day on this instead of having to buy another template? If so, what day would y'all recommend I skip?
