Question (searched, didn't find forum answer yet) - on the Day 3, Exercise 3 in the new 3-day Hypertrophy Template: for weeks 5,6,7 the 'Method' switches from weeks 1-4 leg exercises to an upper body exercise (e.g. bench, GCB), but the exercise title still says 'Supplemental Squat' (like weeks 1-4) -- is that intended - i.e. 2 upper body type exercises on Day 3 the last 3 weeks, or is that a typo, and I should continue the same type of Supplemental Squat leg exercises as I'm doing in weeks 1-4? (I have version 2.2)
