Bug, or intended? Day 3, exercise 3 on new 3-day Hypertrophy template (last 3wks)

  • Bug, or intended? Day 3, exercise 3 on new 3-day Hypertrophy template (last 3wks)

    Question (searched, didn't find forum answer yet) - on the Day 3, Exercise 3 in the new 3-day Hypertrophy Template: for weeks 5,6,7 the 'Method' switches from weeks 1-4 leg exercises to an upper body exercise (e.g. bench, GCB), but the exercise title still says 'Supplemental Squat' (like weeks 1-4) -- is that intended - i.e. 2 upper body type exercises on Day 3 the last 3 weeks, or is that a typo, and I should continue the same type of Supplemental Squat leg exercises as I'm doing in weeks 1-4? (I have version 2.2)

    That is the intended programming. Being a hypertrophy program, there is an emphasis on the upper body gainzZz at that point.

      Why is the AB WORK always isometric?

      And would it be ok to run this program without 2 days off after a week if someone has training ADD and wants to get back in there after 1 day each time?

          I think it works better that way (ab work).

          And no, it is not advisable to run the program without 2 days off after a week. It would compromise your training results likely.
