I have a home gym including a Rogue RML-490c rack, Ohio Power Bar, flat utility bench, and iron plates. I just finished week 1 of the 4 Day GPP/Hypertrophy template and did the alternative lifts that didn't include dumbbells and incline bench. Am I missing a lot by not incorporating incline bench and dumbbell presses/rows, or am I just overthinking this? I'm really digging the program and look forward to completing it and tackling other templates. Thanks.
