I'm coming off LP and 6 weeks of shitty Texas Method results, and am now on week 6 of the bridge (and am blown away by the results, sheesh) and looking to purchase either GGP Hypertrophy 3 day or 12 week strength to follow this program up with. My question is, training 4x a week can get tricky for my schedule. The 12 week strength template page says it can modified to 3 days. Are those modifications explained in the template pdf? Sorry if this has been asked before in this forum, I could not find it. Thanks a bunch.
