    Hello!
    I was wondering what the hours between day 1 and day 2 would be for optimal training? I usually workout Friday nights around 6pm(Day1) after work, and then have been training around 8-9am Saturday morning (Day 2).

    We prefer 24 hours, of course. But if your only option is to train with less, than do what you have to do.
