    Hey, quick meet prep question.

    I'm 10 weeks out from a meet. I have a good chance of setting new Indiana USPA records for the 148.7lb weight class, so I'm very motivated and excited.

    Training background
    Last 5 programs, this year, in order: Texas Method -> Bridge 1.0 -> 12 Week Strength Template -> 7 Week Hypertrophy -> Bridge 2.0 (current)

    Question
    My registration for the meet was a little late in timing, so my meet prep is 2 weeks off. In other words, I'll finish the Bridge 2.0 exactly 2 weeks prior to starting the 3 week peaking template. So I have a 2 week gap. Do you have a recommendation on what I might fill that 2 week time slot with, before I start peaking for the meet?
