Hi guys. I went from SSLP to HLM to some bullshit bro-ish program from Mind Pump Media. Been listening to you guys for the past year and I'm ready to jump on the BBM programming bandwagon. About to start with the Bridge 1.0 and then move into the 7-week hypertrophy template. Do you recommend a good logging app? I used the SS app for LP and HLM and it was alright. Also, thank you for putting out such killer content. You guys rock!

I don't have a solid app recommendation, as everything we've looked into has serious limitations. I use Excel for now, though our app developer is on it.Barbell Medicine "With you from bench to bedside"

I've used them all and nothing is better than FitNotes on Android.
It's free, there's no ads, you can track you body measurements and you can export the data as a csv file if you want to do further analysis of your training log in Excel, R, Mathematica, or whatever else you want.

I use HeavySet on iOS. I loved FitNotes on Android, but had to find a new alternative after switching phones. HeavySet supports RPE, percentages, set timers, tempo timers, and all kinds of goodies. Plus the UI is very friendly and intuitive for building up the workouts.
