i know that there are one rep max calculators out there , are there any that are actually half accurate ? I have no plans to compete , so I don’t necessary NEED to perform 1 rep maxes , though I do use percentage based training so I would need something to go off of. So I’m wondering if there’s any accurate way to track that.

There is no need to ever know your true, honest-to-god 1RM unless you are a competitor.
In that same vein, there are no 100% accurate 1RM calculators that are applicable to all people. Our 1RM calculators included in our templates are reasonably good, but not magical.Barbell Medicine "With you from bench to bedside"
